One of my favorite practice to improve splits in wheel pose, let's play together!

Deep Stretch 深層伸展
課堂內容:
訓練柔軟度的恆常練習班,小班教學,透過一連串瑜伽式子並配合緩和呼吸,以鍛練肩部胸椎髖部等柔軟度(flexibility)、靈活度(mobility)和穩定度(stability)。
柔軟度需要正確及持之以恆的練習才會變成身體本能🤸‍♀️
有興趣就報名啦,每班最多6人
*Gentle flow要到9月才回歸
